Your privacy first
We will never, ever sell or give away your email address to third parties. We will also never send you unwanted email messages. The only time that we might send you an email is after creating a new poll, and only in case you entered your email address of course.
We are not responsible for you, nope, we aren't
Tjooze.com can never be held responsible for polls created with our service. We do try to monitor our system randomly to see if nobody is abusing this service for illegal activities. When we notice illegal activity on this website we have the right, but not the obligation, to remove that content immediately.
Storing your polls for your convenience
To keep our servers clean and fast for your convenience, we remove polls that have not had any activity in the last 45 days. If you create a poll and people are voting in it only after 35 days, there is no problem. Your poll will be stored on our servers until 45 days after the last vote. When nobody has accessed your poll in 45 days, it will be removed from our database.
